Tired with the frequent appearance of acne and zits? It's time we put a stop to it. We have brought together few of nature's best ingredients for the notorious breakouts. Mix them or use them as it is, the choice is yours. And yes, stress, lack of sleep and a bad diet could also be reasons for acne/pimples. So, sleep well, eat well and keep drinking water.
The clean regime to fight acne and pimples:
This can be carried out either in the morning after taking a shower or at night before going to bed.
Wash your face with cold water and pat dry.
Spray 3-4 spritz of either Basil Water or Rose Water (whichever one you like better) on your entire face. You can run a cotton pad over it to dry or you may let it dry naturally.
Now add 1-2 drops of Tea Tree Oil to a 3-4 drops carrier oil (preferably Jojoba or Argan Oil). Mix it with your finger and massage your face and neck thoroughly.
Along with this, you must also drink plenty of water to flush the toxins out of your body.
