    WHY IS IT GOOD

    HOW TO USE

    • For soothing sun burnt skin: Add 1 drop of the oil to 3-4 drops of a carrier oil (like Jojoba/Avocado/Argan) and massage your face.
    • Against acne and pimples: Add 1-2 drops of the oil to 3-4 drops of a carrier oil (like Jojoba/Avocado/Argan) and massage your face.

    HOW TO USE

    For dandruff and itchiness: Add 2-3 drops of this oil to 8-10 drops of a carrier oil (like Sweet Almond oil) and massage the scalp thoroughly. You may also add it to your shampoo; mix 2-3 drops of the oil to your shampoo and wash your hair and scalp.

    HOW TO USE

    • For headache and muscle pain: Add 2-3 drops of the oil to a carrier oil (like Sweet Almond oil) and massage the affected area. 
    • For blocked sinuses: Add 4-5 drops of the oil into a steamer and breathe in the vapour. It will open up and relieve the sinuses.
    • As mouth freshener : Add 1-2 drops of oil to half a cup of water and rinse your mouth thoroughly.

    Works wonders for dandruff

    We always used to use HEad and Shoulders shampoo many many years back. I mixed this in my normal shampoo and it gave the same cool feeling. ON a serious note, it worked wonders for the dandruff. I can recommend it withuot any reservations. Sargun from the support team was very helpul and patiently answered my questions.

    I have created my own mouthwash with this peppermint oil. Very refreshing. :)

    As a mouth wash

    It is very pure. I add 5-6 drop in a glass of warm water and rinse my mouth every morning. As i use medicated tootpaste it doesn't feel fresh, but this Peppermint oil is so pure and effective that it keeps my mouth fresh for a very long time.
